The following conditions concern the use of the website provided and managed by L'Ambre. The L'Ambre website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) comprises the information contained on various web pages, as well as its online shop. The use of certain parts of the L'Ambre Site requires registration. By registering, the user declares that he/she has been informed of the conditions of use and agrees to comply with them. The user certifies his knowledge and acceptance of each of the respective conditions during the use of the services provided on the Site and during the placing of orders in the online shop. Restriction on use of the Site Users under the age of 18 or those lacking legal capacity shall not be entitled to make purchases or other legal transactions on the L'Ambre Site.

The processing of personal data of the registered user is described later in this document under the heading Registration. L'Ambre does not collect information about you concerning your activity on other websites. We do not sell any of your information, including name, address, e-mail address or credit card information, to third parties.

How we use your information

We use your information for the purpose of delivering your orders to you. We do this in fulfilment of our contract with you.

Provision of the service and maintenance of the Site

L'Ambre reserves the right to modify or improve each of the content and structure of the Site, its range of products, software, hardware, editorial content, timing of service provision and other elements of the Site. L'Ambre undertakes to inform the user as far in advance as possible of any modification relating to new features or changes that may be of importance to the user, as well as of any possible incidents that may affect the operation of the Site. Liability for damages

Entry into force and changes to the terms of use

The present conditions of use come into force when they are updated (see at the end of the document) and remain in force until further notice. L'Ambre reserves the right to modify the conditions of use by publishing new conditions on the L'Ambre website. The new conditions come into force as soon as they are published on the Site. The updating of these conditions shall not affect transactions carried out prior to the time of the update. Such transactions shall be subject to the conditions of use in force at the time of their execution.

Termination of the contract

Either party may terminate the contract at any time. The user may request L'Ambre to delete his/her personal data. The waiver of the right to use the Site does not exempt the user from any payment obligations relating to such use incurred prior to the waiver. L'Ambre reserves the right at all times to interrupt or suspend the provision of all or part of the service at its discretion, in which case it will inform users in advance of such discontinuation via the Site itself or any other channel it deems appropriate.
